Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver evidence-based care to Adult Intensive Care Unit patients.
  • •Manage Level 3 critical care needs including ventilation, advanced airway management, invasive line management, inotropic support, CVVHDF, and critical emergencies.
  • •Safely manage central and arterial lines and obtain and interpret arterial and venous blood gases.
  • •Provide expert care for patients on ventilators and with advanced airways, including pain management with PCA/PCE.
  • •Maintain accurate patient health records, report adverse incidents, participate in investigations and nursing audits, and support nursing strategies and professional development.

Key Requirements

  • •UAE Medical Health Authority License.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in nursing (minimum two years) and Registration as a Registered Nurse from Canada, USA, UK, Ireland, South Africa, New Zealand, or Australia.
  • •2+ years’ experience in a hospital or similar setting.
  • •Resuscitation Certificate for the specialty and demonstrable ongoing active CPD.
  • •Support quality patient care with empathy, confidentiality, and adherence to protocols and regulatory requirements.
