Lead and contribute to power controls and information systems projects at HYDERABAD TS PLANT. Drive automation, PLC/HMIs, robotics, and MES integration to optimize production and packaging processes, while mentoring junior engineers and coordinating with vendors and site personnel to deliver reliable, compliant manufacturing solutions.

Job Function: QA, Test & Release Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Lead current and future engineering projects; scope includes power systems, controls platforms, servo systems, HMI, robotics, networks infrastructure and cyber security for manufacturing sites.
•Provide technical leadership in hardware/software design and mentor junior engineers and technical resources in projects and day-to-day operations.
•Lead and align PC&IS resources to ensure proper functioning of electrical and control systems governing production and packaging processes.
•Install, integrate, and start-up new/upgraded equipment for power and controls.
•Own programming definition, testing, and execution for ICS such as PLCs and HMIs including robots and vision/detection systems, and other industrial automation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Robotics, Computer, Mechanical, Automation and Controls) or related experience.
•Entry‑level to 5 years' experience leading power, controls, and automation projects.
•Experience in power systems, computing and network technologies, machine control/instrumentation, vision systems, robotics, and knowledge of electrical safety regulations and best practices.
•Experience in manufacturing environments; GMP exposure is a plus.
•Ability to lead projects and develop junior engineers and technicians.
