Process Engineer

Design and optimize semiconductor and display manufacturing processes by collecting and analyzing experimental data, performing hardware characterization, and troubleshooting complex issues using root cause analysis. Measure film properties and interpret results, generate technical documentation and reports, and collaborate with vendors and suppliers to implement new technologies, products, and analytical instrumentation. Engage with customers to resolve process concerns, and support junior colleagues by serving as a resource and leading project teams as needed.
