Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze financial results and track performance vs. budget, providing insights and recommendations to management.
  • •Maintain the operating model and continually incorporate strategic plans for the organization.
  • •Perform ad hoc analyses of financial trends and deep dives into areas of interest.
  • •Manage cash flow and optimize working capital across expenses, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

Key Requirements

  • •2-4 years of finance experience in client services (e.g., investment banking, management consulting) and/or corporate finance.

  • •Understanding of accounting principles and financial operations, including monthly close processes.
