Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Support project managers with managing client relations and responding to client clarifications on technical and contractual issues.
  • •Support supervision teams with reviewing contractor work programs during pre-construction and reviewing contractor submittals (e.g., staffing proposals, shop drawings, method statements).
  • •Conduct inspections of construction works based on Requests for Inspections and identify reasons for rejection when applicable.
  • •Conduct quality inspections with the QA/QC Engineer, monitor quality non-conformities action plans, and support HSSE engineers in implementing HSSE procedures and recording non-conformities.
  • •Support handover and defects liability by assisting with commissioning reports and final inspection, tracking snags rectification, and providing input for take-over and defect liability certificates.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in architecture, engineering and planning with construction site inspections in a top-tier regional/multinational consultancy.
  • •Experience conducting site inspections on large supervision sites, including works progress, quality, and HSSE inspections.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is preferred.
  • •Strong understanding of international engineering standards and codes.
  • •Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English, with good communication and organization skills.
