Key Responsibilities

  • •Compile and present high-quality summaries of findings, insights, and recommendations in a concise, professional manner.
  • •Analyze risk, control, and operational data to develop reporting, dashboards, and metrics supporting risk monitoring and decision-making.
  • •Support risk project teams in implementing and enhancing risk frameworks, controls, governance processes, and regulatory initiatives.
  • •Use data analytics, artificial intelligence, automation, and emerging technologies to improve risk management processes and operational efficiency.
  • •Partner with business, risk, and control stakeholders to identify process improvements aligned to enterprise risk objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Be pursuing a bachelor’s degree at an accredited college/university with a major in Finance, Economics, Data Science & Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Management Information System, Business Management and Administration, Mathematics, or Computer Science, with an expected graduation between Dec 2027 and Summer 2028.
  • •Have a minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • •Have some knowledge of risk and compliance principles from coursework or related experience and a desire to learn more.
  • •Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data interpretation and critical thinking through coursework and/or internship experience.
  • •Show leadership and teamwork through projects and extracurricular involvement, with strong verbal and written communication.
