Job Summary

Supervise sales associates on the selling floor to deliver the full Burberry Experience and drive sales goal attainment. Coach and provide real-time feedback, manage customer flow, and ensure no client is left unattended. Lead a customer-facing, service-oriented team, partner across associates and operations, and support digital in-store experiences. In the absence of store management, handle transactions, promotions, and employee sales while upholding company policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise, assist, and motivate sales associates to deliver high-value experiences on the selling floor and ensure memorable customer interactions.
•Partner with associates to improve selling skills and close sales to achieve sales goals and KPIs.
•Lead and coach a customer-facing, service-oriented team; provide feedback to ensure customers receive the full Burberry Experience.
•Manage customer flow, set service standards, and coordinate the selling-floor partnership across sales associates, specialists, stock associates, and operations.
•Drive the digital experience in store using digital resources when face-to-face service isn’t possible; in absence of store management, process post-void transactions and authorize promotional discounts and employee sales.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 26 hourly

Key Requirements

•Advanced knowledge of the POS system.
•Previous experience with Apple mobile devices and comfort using digital tools.
•1-2 years of previous supervisory or management experience in retail sales.
•Ability to supervise, assist, and motivate sales associates to deliver high-value customer experiences.
•Ability to resolve difficult customer issues and escalate to management when necessary.
