Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop the regional Planning team for the Vehicles category across Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Mexico, Colombia and Venezuela.
•Manage, monitor and improve the P&L, identifying efficiencies and opportunities against the plan and historical data.
•Analyze market value proposition and benchmark industry trends to support conclusions and recommendations.
•Design and lead the establishment and tracking of the business' main KPIs.
•Coordinate and drive cross-functional projects aligned with BU strategy, with regular visibility of results and action plans.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related field
•Master's degree in related fields is desirable
•5 years of experience in project management, commercial analysis, strategic consulting or similar roles
•Proficiency with presentation tools, spreadsheets, project platforms and AI applications
•Experience with Looker, Tableau or Power BI is desirable
