Safety Engineer

Implement and manage safety compliance programs at a semiconductor manufacturing facility, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local regulations. Oversee contractor safety management, including pre-qualification, onboarding, and high-risk restricted work permit (RWP) oversight. Identify and evaluate hazards, develop hazard control procedures, measure effectiveness, and conduct incident investigations with root-cause analysis and corrective actions. Support audits, training, and tiered preventative/corrective action closures.
