Job Summary

Drive talent development across onboarding, leadership programs, and squad-level learning strategy. Facilitate key programs, conduct learning needs analysis, and deliver data-driven insights to stakeholders through MBRs and QBRs. Partner with regional teams to ensure training delivery and maintain a global learning calendar. Serve as a local product point of contact, ensuring learning data integrity and supporting coaching and mentoring needs.

•Partner with regional teams to ensure training delivery and maintain the global learning calendar.
•Serve as local point of contact for core products, ensuring data hygiene and regular content updates; support coaching and mentoring requests.

Salary: SGD 6,150 - 8,350 monthly
