Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end delivery of engineering change initiatives, managing scope, time, cost, quality, and risk.
•Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of engineering projects aligned with business goals, timelines, and quality standards.
•Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and deliverables.
•Monitor, analyze, and improve DORA metrics, driving initiatives to enhance deployment frequency and reduce lead time, failures, and MTTR.
•Champion agile practices and facilitate ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, stand-ups) to drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•10+ years of experience in software engineering, delivery management, or related roles.
•Proven track record managing engineering delivery in agile environments.
•Experience monitoring and improving DORA metrics to enhance deployment performance and reliability.
•Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud technologies, with familiarity with tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI.
