•Model and coach for the ultimate consumer experience across customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.
•Suggest looks incorporating current trends and promotions based on consumer needs using the Levi’s service approach.
•Promote the Levi’s omni experience by engaging consumers through the Red Tab Loyalty program.
•Resolve consumer concerns according to company policy and partner with store management on elevated issues.
•Handle cash and merchandise operations, including shipment processing, floor set, markdown, and replenishment while maintaining standards and complying with store procedures.

Key Requirements

•Be fashion savvy and interested in current trends.
•Be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
•Lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks such as constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.
•Have reliable transportation.
•Must be 16 years old.
