AECOM Traffic Management Center Operator Trainee

Monitor freeway conditions and traffic incidents using CCTV and other traffic management systems, then dispatch and coordinate roadside assistance and incident response. Handle incoming calls for motorists and partner agencies, communicate via radio/phone with law enforcement and emergency services, and document activity and communications. Work a rotating overnight schedule supporting SCDOT’s transportation management program across South Carolina.
