Design the welding fixtures, assembly jigs, and lifting/handling tools used in the factory, from concept through proving. Key Responsibilities

•Design tooling and fixtures the factory uses, including weld fixtures, assembly jigs, and lifting/handling tools.
•Own fixtures from concept through proving, including tolerance stack-ups, repeatability studies, and sign-off.
•Manage the tooling lifecycle: maintenance, calibration, revisions, and the tooling register.
•Design for the operator with fast loading, mistake-proofing, and safe handling of heavy parts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 203,000 - 232,000 annually
