Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead delivery and continuous improvement for the Enterprise Change Enablement Office, bringing together program/project management and process improvement discipline.
  • •Own the enterprise change delivery methodology, aligning it with the L-gate program life cycle, playbook, and template library.
  • •Manage escalations and bring portfolio-level risks to the Chief Transformation Officer, and facilitate portfolio execution reviews with leadership.
  • •Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching for the Director of Change Enablement, eight Program Managers, and their alignment to workstream business leads.
  • •Establish and sustain continuous improvement methods and quantify measurable business benefits, reporting portfolio KPIs and ROI performance to leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •Advanced degree (Master’s or Doctorate) in Change Management, Business Strategy, Psychology, or a closely related discipline preferred.
  • •Certifications in Change Management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP) are highly desired.
  • •Or equivalent experience demonstrated through accomplishments aligned to the position’s scope and skills.
