Key Responsibilities

  • •Gather and document business requirements (BRS/BRDs), including user stories and process models, to support private banking initiatives.
  • •Manage stakeholders and collaborate with clients and internal teams to align on wealth management and investment-related needs.
  • •Perform data analysis, reporting, and business performance measurement to support business and digital transformation outcomes.
  • •Translate business needs into practical solutions and recommendations across private banking and digital wealth capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field.
  • •At least 7 years of relevant experience in Private Banking/Wealth Management/Investments or related business analysis/product management or banking transformation roles.
  • •Experience gathering business requirements, managing stakeholders, and delivering stakeholder/client analytics for wealth management and digital transformation projects.
  • •Strong skills in business analysis and requirements documentation (BRS/BRDs), user stories, and process modelling.
  • •Good understanding of private banking/wealth management and investment products, portfolio advisory, and digital wealth capabilities.
