•Set and communicate store sales targets, monitor progress, and ensure achievement of objectives.
•Maintain high standards of customer service across stores and ensure staff have the skills and support to maximize sales.
•Represent the brand by contributing to store sales through exceptional customer service and retail experience.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree
•Experience in retail store operations and sales management
•Ability to recruit, hire, and train store staff and orient them to store operations
•Proven track record of achieving sales targets and customer service excellence
•Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
