Job Summary

Engage clients in deeper conversations to uncover financial wellness needs and provide tailored recommendations. Build new client relationships and expand existing ones within the branch team, while meeting individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals. Open personal and business accounts and support lending and deposit products. Assist with teller transactions, participate in branch huddles, and ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide a strong client experience by being present with clients and teammates and delivering client impact.
•Identify financial wellness opportunities during in-person and phone conversations and recommend customized solutions.
•Open and manage personal and business accounts, including consumer checking, deposits, home equity, unsecured lending, and CDs.
•Develop client relationships by partnering with branch teammates and line-of-business partners and managing centers of influence.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including appropriate documentation; assist with teller transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
•1+ years developing new and current customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
•Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques (tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, networking).
•Working knowledge of PCs and digital technology (MS Windows/Office, mobile apps, web-based browsing).
