Job Summary

Lead technical solution design for labels, packaging, and industrial printing within the Graphic Experience team. Demonstrate HP solutions in a Graphics Experience Center using real customer applications, run proof-of-concepts and technical evaluations, and translate requirements into end-to-end printing architectures. Partner with sales, presales, product, delivery, service, and partners to present value propositions, reduce technical risk, and enable internal best practices across the labels and packaging portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end labels and packaging solution architecture and translate customer requirements into scalable printing solutions.
•Demonstrate products and solutions in the Graphics Experience Center using real customer applications and workflows.
•Conduct technical discussions, technical evaluations, customer workshops, and proof-of-concept activities.
•Support sales teams by translating technical capabilities into customer value and business benefits.
•Work cross-functionally with sales, presales, product, delivery, service, and partners to align proposed solutions with business objectives.

Key Requirements

•Deep expertise in labels and packaging printing applications.
•Strong knowledge of industrial digital printing technologies and production workflows.
•Advanced understanding of pre-press and graphics software, including artwork preparation, file checking, proofing, RIP workflows, and print readiness.
•Strong knowledge of color management and print quality control (color consistency, calibration).
•Experience leading customer demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept activities in a demo center or similar environment.
