Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in executing regular compliance reviews and operational audits; work on remediation plans to close findings post-audits.
  • •Monitor BPO Action Alerts and derive patterns to recommend security control enhancements.
  • •Execute routine user access reviews for SOX audits.
  • •Gather, format, and maintain vendor compliance metrics; highlight inefficiencies or recurring errors to the Compliance Lead.
  • •Maintain vendor business continuity plans (BCP) and support testing/implementation of automation initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of experience in operations, compliance, audit support, or a trust & safety-related role, with experience interacting with vendors or customer service operations as a plus.
  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent; ISO27001:2022 experience preferred.
  • •High proficiency in spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets) for data tracking and trend analysis, with familiarity with ticketing systems or access management tools preferred.
  • •Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot numerical discrepancies and process errors.
  • •Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document processes and interact professionally with external vendors.
