Job Summary

Analyze and underwrite FHA healthcare Lean applications as part of the FHA Healthcare Underwriting Team. Partner with LEAN underwriters, closers, and originators to assess deal feasibility under HUD rules, prepare pre- and firm-application exhibits, and complete required HUD forms. Produce Excel, Word, and PowerPoint deliverables for financial analysis, narrative summaries, and reviews, while identifying transaction risks, documenting decisions, and supporting compliance through each stage.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis of FHA healthcare transactions to support underwriting decisions under HUD rules.
•Collaborate with LEAN underwriters, closers, and originators to determine deal feasibility prior to client application submission.
•Collect and organize exhibits for pre-application and firm-application packages and complete HUD pre-application and application forms.
•Drive analyzed transactions through timely completion, assess transaction risks, document decisions, and elevate issues that deviate from credit approval.
•Prepare deliverables in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for financial analysis, narrative summaries, corporate reviews, and organizational charts while completing compliance requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 69,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or real estate.
•2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, real estate, investment banking, or consulting (including real estate finance).
•High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including experience with complex spreadsheets.
•Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data from multiple systems.
•Ability to synthesize and analyze large amounts of data and communicate findings with strong attention to detail.
