Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead planning for multiple projects or single highly complex projects, managing relationships between time, cost, risk, change, reporting, and scope.
  • •Create, develop, and maintain project schedules and align them with project requirements on complex, risk-managed programmes.
  • •Adhere to NEC or FIDIC contract processes for schedule data and submissions.
  • •Monitor schedule progress and performance, analyzing float and critical path to recommend recovery actions; conduct progress reviews.
  • •Consolidate multiple schedules into an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and support oversight of day-to-day management and mentoring/coaching of planning personnel.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional Project Controls experience in Planning & Scheduling across one or more sectors across the full project lifecycle.
  • •Strong knowledge and proficiency with Primavera (P6) and other planning and resourcing software.
  • •Experience leading schedule development and maintenance for complex, risk-managed projects or programmes, including reporting to management.
  • •Strong communication skills and the ability to influence, motivate, coach, and develop a planning team.
  • •Ability to make risk-based decisions under uncertainty and demonstrate stakeholder management; nuclear sector desire is a plus.
