Job Summary

Own manufacturing test readiness by developing Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs), aligning test procedures with product specifications, and partnering with test development to improve test hardware and software. Support production testing, troubleshoot issues, integrate engineering changes, and manage hardware-under-test and test equipment in the manufacturing environment. Perform root cause and corrective action, evaluate non-conforming material, and drive cycle-time, automation, ergonomic risk, and cost improvements using CORE and data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure test readiness and resolve test issues.
•Develop Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs), including test procedures aligned to product specifications.
•Partner with Test Development Engineering to define and improve test hardware and software.
•Support production testing: troubleshoot issues, integrate engineering changes, and support hardware-under-test and test equipment management.
•Evaluate non-conforming material and perform root cause and corrective action activities (RCCA), while leading cycle-time and automation improvements using CORE and data-driven decisions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in STEM and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
•2 years of prior Test Engineering experience.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance prior to start date.
•U.S. citizenship is required because only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
•Demonstrated ability to execute tests, isolate faults, and troubleshoot issues.
