Key Responsibilities

•Analyze and track data to monitor driver-operations initiative progress and effectiveness, including onboarding and acquisition activities.
•Manage and optimize operational workflows to ensure efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement based on data.
•Develop customized reports and dashboards for driver initiatives and real-time KPI insights to support data-driven decisions.
•Support enhancements to driver tariff structures and the registration process aligned with market conditions and company growth strategies.
•Collaborate with Marketing, Legal, and Operations to refine driver-related strategies and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements

•4–5 years of experience in data or business analysis, operations, or a related field in a fast-paced environment.
•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, management, or a similar background.
•Strong project management skills to plan, execute, and track multiple initiatives with timely delivery.
•Experience with analytics tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI.
•Advanced MS Excel and BigQuery skills.
