Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including designers, engineers, and product managers to shape visual direction and ensure consistency across the Robinhood product suite.
•Design and evolve aspects of Robinhood’s design language – including icons, color schemes, and UI components across the product.
•Support Robinhood’s high-impact product launches with strong attention to visual craft and storytelling.
•Evolve our internal design system to be AI-ready and support new aesthetics and functionality.
•Advocate for design excellence and provide mentorship through critique and shared best practices.
