Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager
  • •Support operational execution including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor and execute merchandising/replenishment excellence
  • •Partner with Operations & Visual Management on operations directives, projects, reporting/budgets/expenses, and ensure safe, efficient stockroom standards
