Production Supervisor 3rd Shift

Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations for an assigned area and shift as part of the plant leadership team. Supervise and coordinate production employees, ensure safety protocols and quality standards are followed, and train and develop team members. Monitor workflow, adjust staffing, resolve operational issues, and maintain accurate records while communicating effectively with management and other departments.
