Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the organization’s finance function, including accounting, FP&A, tax, treasury, and finance operations.
  • •Manage and develop the finance team, setting priorities, review practices, and accountability.
  • •Oversee monthly/annual close, financial reporting, reconciliations, accounting policies, and internal controls.
  • •Own accounting and revenue recognition across donations, subscriptions, enterprise arrangements, partnerships, and other revenue streams.
  • •Oversee tax, audit, indirect tax (VAT/GST), corporate filings, and coordinate related external adviser work.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of progressively responsible experience spanning accounting, FP&A, and finance operations.
  • •Significant accounting or controllership experience with U.S. GAAP reporting, close processes, internal controls, and revenue recognition.
  • •5+ years of people management experience in finance/accounting, including coaching and team development.
  • •Experience improving budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial data visualization for non-finance leaders.
  • •Substantive experience with subscription/SaaS, digital-product, enterprise, or comparable technology-based revenue models (including partner-led commercial arrangements).
