Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct and coordinate overall operations for the pet food plant to achieve objectives at the lowest cost consistent with quality requirements.
  • •Drive production direction to ensure cost effectiveness and consistency with prescribed quality, accuracy, and performance standards.
  • •Maintain plant property and equipment in good condition to comply with governmental regulations and support effective, economical operations.
  • •Prepare and submit operating reports to management, including recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • •Select, train, develop, and motivate manufacturing staff, and ensure compliance with company policy and federal, state, and local regulations.
