  • •Define, execute, and deploy quality and technical strategies and action plans to improve processes and achieve performance targets.
  • •Oversee process planning (methods) and integrate design changes into assembly work instructions (AFS).
  • •Drive technology and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., MES replacement, inspection/assembly technologies, test automation, torque measurement, induction heating, flexible production lines).
  • •Support internal and external audits and issue resolution processes (escape management, non-conformance management, audits) to maintain compliance with industry, regulatory, and customer requirements.
