Key Responsibilities

•Design and deliver Power Platform solutions that address real business problems and deliver measurable outcomes.
•Lead the development of complex Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI dashboards, making day-to-day technical decisions with minimal guidance.
•Shape solution architectures, including Dataverse design, security roles, integrations, and environment strategies.
•Lead delivery workstreams, assist with estimation, manage risks, and ensure solutions meet quality, performance, and governance standards.
•Engage directly with clients, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and present technical options clearly.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Strong hands-on experience designing and delivering Power Platform solutions that address real business problems and deliver measurable outcomes.
•Ability to lead the development of complex Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI dashboards, making day-to-day technical decisions with minimal guidance.
•Experience shaping solution architectures, including Dataverse design, security roles, integrations, and environment strategies.
•Confidence leading delivery workstreams, supporting estimation, managing risks, and ensuring solutions meet quality, performance, and governance standards.
•Experience supporting and supervising others on more complex technical tasks, providing guidance, quality assurance, and mentoring.
