Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead negotiation, execution, and ongoing management of complex gas gathering, compression, treating, processing, and transportation agreements.
  • •Negotiate and manage produced water gathering, disposal, and offtake agreements.
  • •Develop commercial strategies that maximize production value, improve flow assurance, reduce costs, and increase operational flexibility while managing risk.
  • •Maintain relationships with third-party midstream service providers, monitor performance, and support timely well connectivity and infrastructure solutions.
  • •Lead economic evaluation and financial modeling of commercial transactions; present recommendations and approval requests to senior leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without restrictions.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Finance, Energy Commerce, or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • •10+ years of oil and gas industry experience with significant exposure to natural gas gathering, transportation, processing, compression, or midstream commercial activities.
  • •Demonstrated experience negotiating and managing complex commercial agreements.
  • •Ability to lead, develop, and coach a high-performing commercial team with strong stakeholder management and executive communication.
