Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft and send internal emails, newsletters, and intranet posts about AI topics.
  • •Prepare presentations and slides for internal AI meetings and feature launches.
  • •Design and manage surveys (e.g., in Microsoft Forms) to gather feedback from AI feature trials.
  • •Handle incoming AI-related questions and requests via email or ticketing, and prepare/update training materials.
  • •Support rollout of new AI features by testing, coordinating testing rounds, collecting feedback, and summarizing findings.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in business, economics, or a related field (with some exposure to informatics or digital topics).
  • •Interest in AI and digital transformation, and a desire to learn how these topics impact business.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (German a plus).
  • •Confident using Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Forms.
  • •Proactive, organized, and comfortable working with different teams (and able to ask questions or join meetings).
