Senior Project Manager - Development

Lead a large-scale data center development program on behalf of developer clients across the full front-end lifecycle—from site identification and acquisition through development, entitlement, utilities coordination, due diligence, and readiness for construction. Serve as the primary client representative and trusted advisor, manage schedules, budgets, risks, feasibility and due diligence workstreams, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams and executive stakeholder reporting throughout North America.
