•Design and implement advanced tracking algorithms for air and missile threats, including multi-target tracking, track fusion, and discrimination techniques.
•Develop real-time software systems that process radar sensor data and maintain tracks for many simultaneous targets.
•Build and leverage modeling and simulation environments to validate tracking performance and quantify system capabilities.
•Collaborate with radar engineers and system architects to integrate tracking solutions into end-to-end defense systems.
•Optimize tracking software for performance-critical environments and support customer demos and field tests for successful deployment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 126,000 - 167,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
•Strong programming skills in C++ and Python.
•Solid foundation in mathematics including linear algebra, probability, statistics, and/or differential equations.
•Understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including design patterns, testing, version control, and debugging.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance.
