Key Responsibilities

  • •Own key revenue recovery and loss-prevention metrics, including payment failure-to-success rate and device loss rate.
  • •Develop and execute strategies to improve payment recovery across retries and recovery workflows.
  • •Identify root causes and financial impact of device loss, building scalable recovery strategies to reduce losses.
  • •Detect emerging scam and abuse patterns and partner cross-functionally to implement preventative measures.
  • •Build a testing and measurement framework and assist in incident response for revenue-impacting events.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in payments, revenue operations, fraud/risk, or a similar field.
  • •Demonstrated experience using data and experimentation to identify opportunities and drive measurable business outcomes.
