Job Summary

Provide preventative care and diagnostic services in patients’ homes as a temporary Sprinter. Use modern mobile technology to access your schedule and coordinate care, perform services such as phlebotomy/specimen collection, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, and ECGs, and ensure proper labeling and sample drop-off coordination. Maintain high standards of professionalism, patient compassion, and confidentiality while working independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

•Begin each day with proper supplies and PPE, then access your schedule using modern technology and commute to patient homes.
•Build rapport and collect relevant patient information while preparing to perform services.
•Provide patient-centric, low acuity diagnostic care including phlebotomy and specimen collection, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, and ECGs.
•Ensure any collected samples are properly labeled and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.
•Work autonomously while maintaining exceptional quality, confidentiality, and compassionate patient care.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 28 hourly

Key Requirements

•Previous experience in venipuncture.
•Technologically savvy with comfort using mobile devices for charting and HIPAA secure messaging apps for care coordination.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
•Reliable transportation and ability to physically access patient homes (including climbing stairs and carrying up to 20 pounds).
•Required licensure/proof of training and ability to pass a national background check, DMV check, and valid clinical license search.
