Job Summary

Perform customized lab work and research protocol support for customers, working with Lab and Production Services teams. Fulfill and manage chemical orders, maintain inventory across stocking locations, and handle delivery/pickup to production locations. Segregate chemicals by hazard class and DOT requirements, maintain safety/regulatory information, and coordinate shipping of hazardous materials. Provide SAP-level support for purchasing and customer service functions, and train new Chemical Technicians.

Key Responsibilities

•Fulfill chemical orders for customers, manage production chemical orders for Intel, and deliver to POU locations throughout the Fab.
•Enter orders based on Intel production requirements in Intel’s WIINGS or Rinchem system after accuracy checks.
•Manage chemical inventory at multiple stocking locations using customer-approved min/max levels and handle delivery/pickup from bulk chemical stockrooms.
•Segregate incoming and returned chemicals by hazard class and DOT requirements; store sensitive materials in cold storage and maintain regulatory lists and safety information.
•Coordinate hazardous-material shipping, answer customer calls, operate manual carts, enter shipping information into customer systems, and provide level 2 and 3 SAP support for purchasing and customer service functions.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED is required; a 2-year technical degree or related experience is preferred.
•2+ years’ experience in material handling, inventory replenishment, and/or customer service.
•Knowledge of shipping, inventory, or purchasing, with mechanical proficiency required.
•Effective communication (verbal and in writing) with customers and internal contacts, maintaining a positive demeanor.
•Ability to lift 50 lbs minimum and handle a cart weighing 100 lbs.
