Job Summary

Assist the Concessions/Food Room team at House of Blues by ensuring kitchen orders are delivered promptly, courteously, and efficiently. Perform table maintenance and opening/running/closing duties following HOB service standards, respond to guest requests, and help maintain atmosphere by staying visible and circulating during shifts. Keep the floor clean, manage spills and supplies, follow safety and SOPs, and occasionally support special events.

•Keep the floor neat and clean, handle spills, stock items, and follow safety standards

Key Requirements

•High volume kitchen operations experience
•Food service experience as an expeditor or server in a high-volume environment
•Exceptional communication skills and a strong sense of urgency
•Ability to manage time effectively and follow kitchen sanitation standards
•High school diploma
