•Drive the technical and product roadmap as part of the backend and AI systems team.
•Build and scale backend systems, APIs, and data pipelines that power Rain.
•Design and ship AI-powered features, agents, and automation into the core platform.
•Build shared AI infrastructure, including composable tool interfaces, eval frameworks, and permission-aware data access.
•Rapidly deliver new capabilities to customers and internal teams while working closely with the business.
