Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead development, maintenance, and publication of enterprise governance artifacts including policies, standards, frameworks, procedures, and guidance documents.
  • •Partner with Business Units, Corporate Functions, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Audit to implement governance requirements across the enterprise.
  • •Drive governance initiatives from concept through implementation, including stakeholder engagement, requirement gathering, drafting, review, approval, and publication.
  • •Manage governance-related findings, issues, regulatory commitments, and remediation activities.
  • •Coordinate enterprise review cycles, challenge sessions, and governance forums, and develop executive-ready presentations and decision papers.
