Key Responsibilities

•Manage full-cycle recruiting with urgency to meet aggressive hiring targets without sacrificing quality.
•Source and engage passive candidates using creative sourcing channels as a “hunter.”
•Partner with Sales Directors, VPs, and Revenue leadership as a talent SME and strategic advisor.
•Calibrate hiring profiles using market trends and clear, data-driven communication.
•Create a compelling candidate experience with a professional, high-energy interview journey.

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of recruitment experience, with the majority spent in-house; agency experience is appreciated.
•Strong GTM recruiting experience and understanding of how Sales roles operate.
•Revenue fluency, including understanding quotas, territories, and what makes top-performing AEs or Sales Engineers.
•Ability to build relationships and push back on hiring managers when necessary with guidance on the talent landscape.
•Agility to adapt priorities as the business evolves while staying composed under pressure.
