Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide 20–25% team oversight and coordination to ensure alignment, timely delivery, effective resource utilization, and adherence to project objectives.
  • •Manage Jira in line with Agile practices, including backlog management, sprint planning, refinement, progress tracking, sprint reviews, and governance.
  • •Proactively identify risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities and drive them through to resolution.
  • •Provide technical support across DevSecOps domains to ensure operational excellence, SLA compliance, zero P1 incidents, and continuous service improvement.
  • •Design, implement, and govern enterprise DevSecOps platforms and act as the primary liaison between the Product Owner and the DevSecOps team.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong understanding and execution of Agile practices, including backlog management, sprint planning, refinement, progress tracking, and sprint reviews using Jira.
  • •Experience providing team oversight and coordination to ensure alignment, timely delivery, resource utilization, and adherence to project objectives.
  • •Ability to proactively identify risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities and drive them to resolution.
  • •DevSecOps expertise to support operational excellence, SLA compliance, and continuous service improvement while maintaining zero P1 incidents.
  • •Experience designing, implementing, and governing enterprise DevSecOps platforms and standardizing automation and governance.
