Establish and oversee the technology delivery governance framework that strengthens Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) controls, delivery assurance, quality management, and testing oversight. Lead governance reviews, define QA governance and release readiness mechanisms, and ensure compliance with enterprise standards, security, architecture, audit, and regulatory requirements. Oversee functional, integration, performance, security, and UAT testing, manage external testing vendors, and drive continuous improvements to governance maturity.
