Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as primary contact and trusted investment advisor for high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients within HSBC Private Bank.
  • •Implement and oversee investment portfolios, determine investment suitability, and deliver bespoke portfolio advice.
  • •Provide actionable investment ideas and guidance on markets, including cross-asset and cross-jurisdiction support.
  • •Support business development by partnering with Relationship Managers for incremental wallet and new-to-bank business.
  • •Maintain HSBC internal control standards and ensure compliance with relevant internal and external rules, regulations, and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in investment advisory, portfolio management, or sell-side global markets.
  • •Ability to establish credibility and build trusting relationships with high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients.
  • •In-depth knowledge of traditional and alternative investments, and how these connect with wealth planning, credit services, and global markets.
  • •Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and collaborative with strong teamwork.
  • •Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Master’s degree is an advantage; strong diplomacy and communication to influence and negotiate internally.
