Job Summary

Build Adobe’s AI-native agentic product end-to-end across desktop, mobile, web, and embedded surfaces. Own full-stack implementation from LLM integration and agent reasoning layers to APIs and client runtimes. Contribute to agent productionization, orchestration and memory, evaluation infrastructure, and quality/guardrails. Partner with engineering, product, data, platform, and security teams while adopting AI-assisted engineering tools and improving developer workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Own full-stack implementation of the agentic product across LLM integration, agent reasoning layers, APIs, client runtimes, and platform delivery.
•Translate prototype capabilities into robust, scalable, maintainable systems that meet quality and reliability expectations.
•Drive implementation of key components such as model orchestration, tool use, multi-step task execution, and context/memory management.
•Champion adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices and tools to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.
•Build and maintain agent evaluation and quality frameworks (evals, benchmarks, feedback loops) and partner with engineering/product leadership for technically grounded delivery.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 159,200 - 301,600 annually

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience with large language models, including LLM APIs, prompt engineering, context window management, and retrieval-augmented generation in production.
•Experience building and shipping agentic systems such as tool use, multi-step reasoning, agent orchestration, memory/context persistence, and related failure modes.
•Hands-on experience with AI-assisted engineering tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or similar) integrated into real development workflows.
•Full-stack engineering depth across backend services, client SDKs, and platform-specific integration patterns.
•Strong engineering craft and clear communication for discussing technical tradeoffs and collaborating across disciplines.
