Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform client due diligence to ensure compliance procedures are followed while delivering a great customer experience.
  • •Continuously improve streamlined, end-to-end onboarding processes from a financial-crimes risk perspective.
  • •Partner with the Compliance team to ensure adherence to local and global compliance policies and procedures.
  • •Stay up to date on AML-related news and emerging regulatory developments, including performing periodic reviews and supporting audits.
  • •Quickly ramp up on AML/CTF obligations and apply AML/CTF policies and procedures using sound, objective business judgment.

Key Requirements

  • •4–5 years of process-oriented experience with meticulous attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication; bank or fintech experience strongly preferred.
  • •Knowledge of European/Israeli AML directives and how they’re implemented in local laws, including AML/CTF regulations, principles, and typologies.
  • •Ability to manage personal performance against objective targets and use data and analytics to make decisions.
  • •Proficiency with Excel and other Office/G Suite tools, case management systems, and third-party data-oriented SaaS vendors.
  • •English and Hebrew required; Arabic highly desirable; AML certification (e.g., ACAMS, ICA) preferred.
