Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain account assignments and territories for Customer Success Managers and Renewal Managers, keeping coverage aligned as the business grows
•Establish renewal and expansion target quotas for CSMs and Renewal Managers, and keep attainment reporting current and trustworthy
•Run commission reports and partner with the commissions team to resolve discrepancies and edge cases quickly
•Forecast renewals across a portfolio of products, surfacing risk and upside early enough to act on
•Own the churn report end to end, including definitions, data integrity, and the trends leadership relies on

•3–5 years in Salesforce administration or Sales Operations; strong proficiency building reports and dashboards in Salesforce; background in renewal operations; sharp attention to detail; comfort owning data and driving it to accuracy with minimal direction
