Key Responsibilities

•Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, contracts, and legal documents.
•Oversee and manage legal matters across all business units.
•Provide strategic legal advice to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
•Mitigate legal risks by identifying potential issues and implementing proactive solutions.
•Manage and oversee litigation matters with external counsel and develop dispute-resolution strategies.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior legal leadership role, preferably within a global organization.
•Strong background in real estate laws, corporate law, commercial transactions, and cross-border transactions.
•Proven track record providing strategic legal advice and managing complex legal matters.
•Experience with retail leasing, including lease agreement drafting and property due diligence.
•Strong communication in English and Arabic (reading, written, and spoken), with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
