Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform regulatory monitoring related to anti-corruption, international sanctions, and integrity (France, EU and international).
  • •Contribute to drafting procedures and designing communications campaigns and training materials for the Group’s anti-corruption program.
  • •Support management of digital tools used by the program, including third-party screening.
  • •Participate in internal discussions on implementing the Group’s Compliance/Ethics roadmap.
  • •Assist the Ethics & Compliance team within the Group Legal department.

Key Requirements

  • •Student in law (M1/M2), ideally specialized in business, economic or criminal law.
  • •Ideally completed an internship in a law firm or in a legal department.
  • •6 months internship and an internship agreement issued by your school/university.
  • •Strong organization, teamwork, and research/analysis skills.
  • •Knowledge of legal databases (e.g., Doctrinal, LexisNexis, Lamy, Dalloz) and fluent English and French.
